Our stores offer national brands at exceptional value. Our Trusted Advisors provide knowledge and offer solutions that differentiate us from the competition and give a face to the name of our brand. Phone repair and technical duties include replacing screens, batteries and other components on smartphones and tablets, as well as key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.Batteries Plus seek dedicated advisors and are always on the lookout for our future leaders. • High school diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service and sales oriented with high motivation, self-starter with a can-do attitude!
• Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic retail and cross-referencing system.
• Demonstrates or willing to learn technical skill and have the ability to work small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for all positions.
• Ability to lift 50 + lbs.
• Must have open availability/ some nights and weekends
• Must have strong work ethic both dependable and reliable.
• Retail and electronics experience is a plus!!As a sales associate you will:
  • Multitask, do a bit of everything around the store and be adaptable
  • Actively listen to customers' needs
  • Educate customers on all options to meet their needs
  • Be proficient in the operation of all test equipment
  • Successfully close sales on the phone
  • Complete customer transactions using POS system
  • Maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing
  • Maintain store appearance by keeping store clean and uncluttered
  • Lift product weighing 50 lbs. + on a daily basis, including team lift, and safety techniques.As a technician you will:
    • Change watch / key fob batteries
    • Operate a commercial vehicle, make deliveries
    • -as needed.
    • Change vehicle batteries
    • Repair smartphones, tablets and other devices
    • Cut/Program automotive keys and key fobs
    • Help maintain proper inventory and receive, pack and ship devices
