- Answer user questions about computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot computer problems and provide solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the next level of support
- Document all support cases Preferred Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist role:
  - 3+ years of experience in a help desk role
  - Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications
  - Excellent customer service skills
  - Experience with SolarWinds products, such as SolarWinds Web Help Desk, SolarWinds Service Desk, and SolarWinds Dameware Remote Support
