As a Frontier Customer Service Associate specializing in Door-to-Door engagement, you will be the frontline expert, demonstrating the power and integration of Frontier's Door-to-Door (D2D) campaign and service offerings directly to potential customers in Houston. Your focus as a Frontier Sales Agent will be on creating engaging experiences that highlight the benefits of these solutions and driving successful sales outcomes through direct, in-person interactions at their homes. Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Customer Service Associate: Engage directly with potential customers in Houston through door-to-door interactions to showcase and sell Frontier Communications' internet, phone, video, and other services. Clearly and effectively explain the benefits and advantages of Frontier's service offerings, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs and preferences encountered during door-to-door interactions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Frontier Communications services within your designated Houston territory. Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers through professional and friendly in-person communication at their residences. Stay up-to-date on the latest Frontier Communications products, services, promotions, and the specifics of the Door-to-Door campaign. Provide clear and concise information and answer customer questions about Frontier service plans and offerings during door-to-door conversations. Manage your time and sales activities effectively to maximize customer interactions and sales conversions within your assigned Houston territory.
