This role is crucial in supporting our mission to outfit businesses of all sizes with superior uniform and facility service programs. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will act as the direct link between UniFirst and prospective and existing clients, helping to foster long-lasting business relationships and securing new sales opportunities in the region. Conducting face-to-face interactions with potential and existing clients to promote UniFirst products and services. Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of UniFirst products, pricing, and the competitive landscape. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs as set by sales management. Providing tailored solutions to clients by conducting needs assessments and requirements gathering. Handling all contract negotiations and closures with integrity and precision. Managing and updating customer and potential client information using the company's CRM systems. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive, long-term business relationships. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to self-motivate and work efficiently in a field setting.
