homes. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Residential
Development Representative to join our team and help expand our
customer base through door-to-door sales. Job Description: As a
Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for
generating new business through direct, door-to-door sales efforts.
You will educate potential customers, in our already established
communities, about the benefits of our fiberoptic internet, IPTV
services, and home security solutions. This role requires a high
level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for
delivering customer satisfaction. This position combines a
competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, paid training,
and full benefits. Top performers can bring in six-figure earnings
and fast-tracked advancement opportunities. Qualifications High
School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. 1–3 years
of sales experience (telecom, security, or direct sales preferred).
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and
ability to travel locally. Strong communication and customer
service skills. Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work

Requirements Key Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Prospect,
engage, and close sales with homeowners within assigned
neighborhoods. Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the benefits
of fiberoptic internet, IPTV, and home security services to
potential customers. Lead Generation: Identify and target new
customers, scheduling follow-up appointments and demos as
necessary. Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport
with prospects and establish trust to drive long-term customer
relationships. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and
monthly sales targets. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales
progress. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently Self-motivated with a strong drive to
meet and exceed goals Strong problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. Must be comfortable working outdoors and
walking for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable
