Job Description Job Description Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA) – 1099 to Full-Time Track Houston – Memorial Area Commission Only to Start | Growth to Salary Commission Zaretsky Aesthetics is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to join our Houston practice as a 1099 independent contractor, with a clear pathway to full-time salary plus commission. This role is designed for a provider who brings an established book of business and wants to grow into a long-term, stable position within a fully equipped, physician-supervised medical spa. Initial schedule: approximately one full clinic day per week, expanding based on production and demand. Our goal is to transition the right provider into a full-time salary commission structure as volume supports it. About Zaretsky Aesthetics We are a results-driven, physician-supervised medical spa offering advanced aesthetic services including: • Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®) • Dermal fillers & Sculptra® • LaseMD Ultra • Vascular laser treatments • RF microneedling (Genius RF) • XERF skin tightening • Body sculpting (HIEMT) • Hair restoration & exosome therapy • Chemical peels & corrective treatments • Medical-grade skincare We provide the facility, advanced equipment, support staff, EMR, and medical director oversight. You focus on treating patients and growing your book. Compensation Structure (Phase 1 – 1099 Commission Model) This model rewards providers who bring and grow their own patient base. Injectables (Botox, Fillers, Sculptra) Base (all patients): • 40% of Gross Margin Self-generated patients (your book of business): • 45% of Gross Margin Laser / Energy-Based Treatments (LaseMD Ultra, RF, XERF, Body Sculpting, etc.) Base (house patients): • 25% of net invoice less consumables Self-generated patients: • 25% of net invoice less consumables • PLUS additional 10% of revenue Retail Sales All patients: • 5% of retail sales Self-generated patients: • 10% of retail sales Growth Incentive For monthly collected billings above $25,000: • 10% of net collected revenue above $25,000 Paid monthly on collected funds only. Phase 2 – Full-Time Opportunity Our objective is to build toward a full-time role structured as: • Base salary • Commission on services • Expanded clinical schedule • Long-term growth potential This transition would occur once production and patient demand consistently support a full schedule. Requirements • Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license • Proper aesthetic injectable training • Experience with lasers and energy-based devices preferred • Ability to bring an existing book of business • Professional, self-motivated, growth-oriented This is not an entry-level role.
