comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical
exams, and symptom review Order and interpret hormone?focused
laboratory testing Develop personalized hormone?replacement therapy
plans Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle strategies,
and long?term wellness Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy
as needed Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless,
high?quality care Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in
the EMR system Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in
Texas Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, and weight loss
required Experience in aesthetic medicine preferred Strong
communication and patient?education skills are a must Ability to
interpret labs and adjust treatment protocols A warm,
compassionate, patient?centered care philosophy The ideal candidate
will have 3-5 years experience, Advanced Certifications in Hormone
Replacement Therapy, including hormone pellet therapy, Functional
Medicine, and Obesity Medicine with some aesthetic experience
