Permanent Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a
vital part of our legal firm, playing a key role in shaping our
workforce strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to
develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business
objectives. This is a high-impact role where you will have the
opportunity to influence the direction of the organization, manage
talent and succession planning, oversee performance management, and
ensure HR compliance. This position requires a seasoned
professional with a deep understanding of HR practices and a proven

Responsibilities: 1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and
implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. 3. Lead
organizational design efforts to optimize our global workforce and
meet business needs. 4. Oversee succession planning and performance
management processes to foster career growth and enhance
productivity. 5. Ensure HR compliance with all local, national, and
international laws and regulations. 6. Manage payroll,
compensation, and benefits programs to attract and retain top
talent. 7. Leverage HRIS technology (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors,
Oracle HCM) to streamline HR processes and generate meaningful
insights. 8. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance
and support to managers and employees. 9. Serve as a strategic
partner to the business, using your business acumen to link HR
initiatives to business outcomes. Qualifications: 1. 10 years of HR
experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or Global HR
Manager role. 2. Proven experience in developing and implementing
global HR strategies. 3. Deep understanding of talent management,
organizational design, succession planning, and performance
management. 4. Solid knowledge of HR compliance, payroll
management, compensation, and benefits. 5. Proficiency in HRIS
technology, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
6. Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR are preferred. 7.
Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law. 8. Strong business
acumen and ability to serve as a strategic partner to the business.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven
ability to manage employee relations and drive employee engagement.
10. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced
