and Qualifications Responsibilities: •Lead all legal aspects of
global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. •Draft,
review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and ancillary
documents, including confidentiality agreements and letters of
intent. •Advise on antitrust matters, particularly merger control
for acquisitions. •Manage outside counsel in connection with the
above. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree. •Juris Doctor (JD) in law.
•Three to seven years of experience in M&A is required.
•Willingness to travel, domestic and internationally. Candidates
who possess qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements
will be considered for higher-level positions based on their
experience, additional job requirements, and current business
needs. Depending on their education, experience, and skill level,
candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities,
including positions ranging from Attorney, Counsel to Senior
