Job Description:
Gilded Compass , a significant advisory firm in the
telecommunications business, is searching for a dedicated and
customer-focused Customer Service Account Associate to build and
nurture strong relationships with customers acquired through our
Frontier Communications Door-to-Door (D2D) campaign in Houston. As
a growing business consulting firm committed to exceptional
customer engagement and long-term partnerships, we are looking for
an individual to ensure the ongoing satisfaction and growth of our
valued Frontier customers who were initially engaged through our
direct, door-to-door efforts. As a Customer Service Account
Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio
of customers acquired through our D2D efforts in Houston. Your
focus as a Customer Service Account Associate will be on fostering
lasting relationships with these customers, understanding their
evolving needs related to Frontier's internet, phone, and other
services they signed up for via our door-to-door outreach, and
identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and
strengthen our long-term partnership with them. Key
Responsibilities of the Direct Customer Account Associate: Serve as
the primary point of contact for a portfolio of direct customers in
Houston who were initially acquired through the Frontier
Communications Door-to-Door campaign. Nurture strong, lasting
relationships with assigned customers after their initial
engagement to maximize satisfaction and retention. Proactively
engage with D2D channel customers to understand their evolving
needs and address any Frontier service-related challenges. Promptly
and effectively address D2D customer inquiries, issues, and
complaints, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive
post-sale experience. Identify opportunities to upsell or
cross-sell Frontier Communications services or upgrades to existing
door-to-door acquired customers based on their needs and usage.
Provide customized support and recommendations by thoroughly
understanding each door-to-door customer's experience with their
Frontier services. Collaborate with the sales and technical support
teams to ensure seamless ongoing support and a positive long-term
relationship with our D2D customer base. Track and report on key
D2D customer account metrics (satisfaction, retention, growth
opportunities).
