Contract Support Analyst Houston, TX (Onsite) 06/16/2025 -
08/15/2025 (Potential for extension) Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8
AM - 5 PM Work Environment: Sitting at the rental car desk at the
airport Job Description: Typical Work Responsibilities: Processing
invoices Corresponding with vendors for COI verification
Communicating with site managers Performing duties similar to a
facility coordinator role Required Skills & Experience: Invoice
coding experience Ability to track Accounts Receivable and Payables
COI verification experience Preferred Skills: Real estate
administration experience Property management experience Contract
management experience P2P (Procure-to-Pay) experience Years of
Experience & Education: 4-5 years of relevant experience H.S.
Diploma or GED Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Interview Process: One round virtual interview (Teams) Key
Responsibilities: Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted
services, including new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and
landscaping requirements with vendors. Identify safety,
operational, and maintenance issues and schedule necessary facility
maintenance and repair projects. Track vendor performance using
established systems and prepare reports for stakeholders. Assist in
project management involving internal and external contributors and
vendors. Apply some knowledge of standard principles with limited
practical experience. Lead by example and model behaviors
consistent with Client RISE values. Maintain quality of own work.
Follow standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and
deadlines. Exchange clear and direct information, ask questions,
and check for understanding. Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Up to 3
years of relevant experience. Ability to solve standard problems
using existing procedures. Strong analytical skills and ability to
make judgments based on standard practices. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong
organizational skills with a proactive mindset. Metasys
