we're looking for an HRIS Analyst to play a critical role in the

ultimately support real people in need. Key Responsibilities of the
HRIS Analyst: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS
support and optimization. Maintain data integrity, privacy, and
security across HR systems Implement and support multiple UKG Pro
modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits Prime, Compensation
Management, BI, and more). Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to
ensure smooth data integration across platforms. Lead or support
special HRIS-related projects alongside the HR Director. What We're
Looking For: Experience: 3 years in an HRIS-focused role; UKG Pro
(UltiPro) experience is strongly preferred. Tech Skills: Solid
proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail,
and a customer-service mindset. Bonus: A proactive approach to
problem-solving and a passion for process improvement.
